The SIP electronic unit is identical to that of the components originally found on Vespa VBA/VBB/GS 160/SS 180/Rally models. This coil is compatible for direct fitting to all of the above-mentioned engine types, along with earlier PX engines without electric starters. Elestart PX engines will require a custom bracket to be fabricated.

These are cdi units that have the look of the early type points coils, the purpose of these is if you have a PX engine in your old vespa it will keep with the look of the old classic style component and not look out of place, These work on PX engines with standard type stator plates.
