Engine Rebuilds

Engine rebuilds are just part of the services we offer here at the On Small Wheels workshop in Swansea, South Wales.

Here are a couple of the custom builds we have done in the past for our customers.

We Vapour blast all our engine rebuilds unless the customer states otherwise.

Below is a before and after the blasting process.

Vespa PX engine with:

Polini 207 kit
Tuned bottom end
28 mil Dellorto carb,
standard gearing and gearbox
S.I.P rear disc

Vespa PX Engine

Lambretta stage 4 200cc engine:

28 mil dellorto carb
Li 150 gearbox
17 x 46 Gearing
AF bigbore exhaust

A simple set up but went quite well considering how basic it sounds…….
